An assignment is confirmed only after:

• A written booking agreement has been signed

• The required retainer has been received

Image, video, audio, name, voice and likeness rights must be licensed in writing. Expanded usage, paid advertising, broadcast, print, exclusivity, extensions and renewals may require additional compensation.

5. Onsite and Remote Assignments

Onsite assignments are available by prior arrangement at an approved location. Travel is not currently offered unless expressly agreed upon in writing.

Remote campaigns may involve products, wardrobe, samples or other approved materials. Nothing should be shipped without written authorization and confirmed delivery instructions.

Clients are responsible for appropriate packaging, shipping, insurance, tracking and prepaid return arrangements. Jacqueline Hudson Model is not responsible for ordinary shipping delays, carrier failures or damage occurring outside her custody or reasonable control.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all website content is owned by or lawfully licensed to Jacqueline Hudson, including:

Jacqueline Hudson reserves the right to refuse or leave an assignment that materially differs from the approved brief or presents unsafe, unlawful, deceptive or unprofessional conditions. Contractual rights and payment obligations may continue where a client’s conduct causes the assignment to end.

Portfolio images and past experience illustrate professional range but do not guarantee a particular creative, commercial or financial outcome.
